Meet The Team

Lukas Sousa, LLB
Lukas Sousa is enrolled as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand and authorised to provide immigration advice across both New Zealand and Australia.
Lukas works closely with employers on practical immigration issues arising from real business needs - including skills shortages, workforce planning, compliance obligations, and complex employment-based visa pathways. He is regularly engaged to advise on high-stakes and non-standard matters where eligibility, timing, or risk requires careful analysis and a strategic approach.
In addition to corporate and skilled migration, Lukas has extensive experience managing complex family, health and deportation cases, where circumstances require tailored solutions. His approach is grounded in law, shaped by experience, and focused on delivering clear, workable advice that supports informed decision-making.
